Responsibilities:
We are a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Islamabad, Pakistan, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute production schedules.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues or deviations.
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols and production guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and equipment.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
