Job Description:
We currently have openings for an HR Officer and an HR Assistant to support our growing workforce.
Position: HR Officer
Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and programs to ensure a compliant and efficient workplace.
Serve as a point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of well-being and productivity.
Assist in developing and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Assist in recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and processing applications.
Support employee onboarding by preparing necessary documents and coordinating orientations.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
Assist in organizing company events and HR-related activities
Requirements:
Master/bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
